Off- line tools

• Microsoft word: The teacher asks the students to write a letter to a friend with the format already seen in class.

• Power point presentation: In order to do a group activity, the teacher asks the students to prepare a presentation about the topic they are currently studying, such as countries and nationalities.

• Downloaded video: In order to present a certain topic, grasp vocabulary and make the lesson more dynamic and meaningful, the teacher projects a video, which is already downloaded.

• Podcasts: In order to practise speaking skills, the teacher asks the students to record an interview to one of his or her classmates.

• Microsoft paint:  The teacher will ask the students to draw or paint with this tool using the requested colours, for example. It stimulates their creativity.
